Program Design

Participants will meet once per week for 12 weeks in a group setting. Participants will receive coaching to implement daily practices for self-improvement and to gain discipline over their thoughts and feelings. Discussions will cover topics such as Respect, Bullying, Choices, Acceptance, Responsibility, Forgiveness, and Peace.
